Delivery

UK DELIVERY ONLY

  • Flat Rate of £4.80 unless otherwise stated.  

  • All orders sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed for. 

  • Please expect within 2 to 5 working days of placing an order. 

  • Please ensure there is someone available to sign for delivery upon arrival. 

  • A reference number will be sent to you in advance to enable you to track your order. 

  • If you are not available to sign for your goods, please specify an alternative delivery address (e.g. work) during the checkout process.


Returns

  • Return Items must not have been opened or used.

  • The item must be returned in perfect resalable condition.

  • The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the order.

  • Unfortunately opened and used products cannot be returned.

  • To return an item(s), please email enquiries@michaelaturner.co.uk for assistance. Any returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

  1. Returns postage is at your own cost and risk. We would recommend that you return your items via a signed and tracked delivery service.

  2. Please ensure you add a note inside the parcel to confirm your name, address & order number, so it is clear who has returned the item.

  3. Any delivery charges paid for on an initial order are not eligible for a refund.

  4. Once a refund has been issued you will receive a confirmation email detailing the amount that has been refunded, and the item(s) that we have received back.

  5. Your refund will be no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods and will be made to the billing details provided when ordering.

  6. Sale items are not eligible to be returned for a refund or exchange.

FURTHER RETURNS INFORMATION

This section provides more information on returns for the following:

  • Damages /Incorrect Products

  • Faulty Products

  • Reactions to Products

  • Refused / Undeliverable Packages

Please note, in order to investigate any damages/incorrect/faulty products they must be reported to Michaela Turner Skin Health & Restoration in writing at enquiries@michaelaturner.co.uk within 24 hours from receipt of goods, with full details of the issue, along with photographs of all packaging and contents.

We will then require the product and related packaging to be returned along with a description of the issue.  Unfortunately, we are unable to accept these claims without the relevant packaging as they must be returned and logged with the manufacturer.

Please inspect goods fully on receipt.

Michaela Turner Skin Health & Restoration cannot accept responsibility for damages/incorrect products reported after the stated 24-hour period.

REACTIONS TO PRODUCTS

NOTE: It is the customer’s responsibility to patch test any product prior to use! Always check the compatibility of any purchased products with other products that can affect the results described.

If you have followed the above process but feel that you have had a reaction to a product, please immediately report this in writing along with photos of the site of reaction to Michaela Turner Skin Health & Restoration at enquiries@michaelaturner.co.uk.

Depending on the issue with the item, further guidance on product use will be offered. Often it may be due to product usage as opposed to a reaction, particularly with clinical strength skincare.  Dependant upon the product that you had a reaction to the product company may require an investigation requiring you to complete a report form as well as documented photos of the reaction site.  Refunds will then be at the discretion of the product company themselves and not Michaela Turner Skin Health & Restoration. 

REFUSED/UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

In the case of a parcel being returned to Michaela Turner Skin Health & Restoration due to an incorrect delivery address being provided or the customer not being there to sign or collect from their postal office / depot, a re-delivery cost will be charged. Customers will be contacted via email should a parcel be returned to us.
